Imagery
The homepage photography — the eight subject tiles, cards, and strips, the hero leaves and linen backdrop, and the Car Says Hi feature — was produced for the Says Hi family in September 2026 using AI image generation, working from the owner-approved design references. It exists to illustrate the family’s subjects; it depicts no real place, product, or artwork, and carries no identifying detail.
The guide figures — the subject strip on Which tool do I need? and the light-comparison and scale illustrations on Photo tips — are AI-generated watercolour illustrations produced for the family on September 29, 2026, and labelled “AI-generated illustrative image” in their captions. They are illustrations of generic subjects, not photographs of specific objects, places, or artworks.
The paper texture behind the hero and feature sections comes from the owner-supplied Says Hi asset package. The social share image is a capture of this site’s own homepage. The internal asset manifest records each file’s source and preparation.
Illustrative imagery on this site is decorative or explanatory — it is never presented as a real identification, a real product shot, or evidence of anything.
Icons — Font Awesome Free, CC BY 4.0
The eight subject icons in the homepage collage captions — leaf, utensils, palette, cat, dog, coins, book-open, and car-side — are Font Awesome Free icons, © Fonticons, Inc., used under the Font Awesome Free License (CC BY 4.0 for the icons). The license requires attribution, which this section provides.
The other marks — the Says Hi wordmark spark, the favicon, the arrow and menu glyphs, and the section icons — were drawn for this site.
Fonts — Newsreader and Caveat under the SIL OFL
Headings are set in Newsreader by Production Type, and the short handwritten notes in Caveat by Impallari Type. Both are self-hosted on this site and licensed under the SIL Open Font License, Version 1.1; the license texts ship with the files at newsreader-OFL.txt and caveat-OFL.txt. Body text uses the reader’s system sans-serif.
Site design and code
The Says Hi directory — its design, markup, styles, and copy — was built for the family by its operator, Qomza, LLC. It is plain HTML and CSS served as static assets, with no frameworks and no third-party code running on the page.
Product sites
Each Says Hi product site documents its own materials on its own pages. Car Says Hi publishes an image credits page; the other product sites describe their imagery and sources within their own pages and guides.
