Help and questions
Short answers about the Says Hi family and this directory. Each tool’s own site has a help page of its own for product questions.
What is Says Hi?
Says Hi is a family of eight focused AI tools, and sayshi.app is their directory — one place to meet them and choose where to start. Every card on the homepage opens a tool’s own website, where the tool runs in your browser. The About page explains the family and who runs it.
Which tool should I use?
Pick the subject in front of you: Plant Says Hi for a plant, Food Says Hi for a dish or ingredient, Art Says Hi for a painting or object, Cat Says Hi or Dog Says Hi for a pet, Coin Says Hi for a coin, Word Says Hi for a word, and Car Says Hi for a car. Each tool’s own site explains what it can and can’t do. For a guided pick, see the chooser page.
Do the tools need an account?
Nothing needs an account — this directory has no sign-in, and the browser tools don’t ask you to create one. The directory is free to browse; each product’s own site answers cost questions for its tool.
How accurate are the readings — why do they say “possible”?
Readings are provisional. An AI model suggests what a photo or word most plausibly shows, and the tools mark the suggestion with words like “possible” or “likely” rather than presenting a settled answer. A photo can point toward a plant, a breed, or a coin, but it can’t confirm identity, health, authenticity, or value. How Says Hi tools work explains the vocabulary. If a reading comes back uncertain, a clearer photo can help — see the photo tips.
What happens to my photo when I use a tool?
Nothing is submitted on this directory — it has no upload, form, or account. On a product’s site, what you send — a photo resized in your browser, a name, or a word, plus your optional note — goes to that tool’s own service, which passes it to Qomza’s AI service to produce the reading. What each product keeps is explained on its own privacy page, linked from its site. This directory’s Privacy page covers only sayshi.app.
Are there mobile apps?
Not yet. Every tool opens in your browser today — there’s nothing to install — and companion mobile apps are on the way. The “Email for updates” action here opens a draft to hello@sayshi.app in your mail app; it doesn’t subscribe you to anything.
Who runs Says Hi?
Says Hi is operated by Qomza, LLC. The contact page lists the postal address for legal notices; email is best for everything else.
How do I contact a specific tool?
Each product has its own contact page — all eight are listed under Report a problem below. For the directory itself, email hello@sayshi.app or visit the contact page.
How do I report a wrong result or a page problem?
See Report a problem below. A wrong reading goes to the product’s own contact page — include the reading or request ID if the site shows one. A problem with this directory — a wrong link or a description that’s off — goes to hello@sayshi.app.
Report a problem
Two routes, depending on where the problem is.
For a wrong reading or a mistake on a product’s site — including one of its guides — write to that tool’s own contact page; it knows its readings best. Include the page address, the reading or request ID if the site shows one, and what seems wrong. Please leave out sensitive personal information.

For a problem with this directory — a wrong link, a description that’s off, a page that won’t load — email hello@sayshi.app with the page address and what needs fixing.
Reports are read, and a page is corrected when an error is confirmed. Where a page carries a “Last updated” date, the correction shows there.
